This plugin identifies the best player on each team by having them glow in the team colour. This gives the player the kudos of being seen to be the best, but also makes them a target for the opposition. For counter-strike servers there are two additional modes available - one where the glowing players only change at the end of each round, and one where players only glow briefly at the start of each round.

This plugin detects when an administrator is on the server, and changes the Admin Mod default_access to 1. When there are no administrators present, it sets the default_access to 0. This means that when an Administrator is on the server, the general public will not be able to use admin_vote_map, admin_vote_kick or any other level 1 Admin Mod commands.
